Beginning tomorrow, October 18., 2020, at 8:01 am, Kuali Protocols for IRB system is available for IRB submissions and other related actions for legacy and new protocols.
Next Steps
The ORPC office re-opens tomorrow at 8:00 am for IRB protocol submissions.
Please go to the IRB website to access the Kuali Protocols for IRB system. The current version of the Kuali IRB User Guide is found on the Kuali at UMBC

The ORPC staff are ready to assist and service IRB submissions through Kuali. We have posted virtual question/answer sessions on our myUMBC page to any questions you may have throughout the initial phase of Kuali IRB implementation.
