This workshop introduces the purpose and structure of systematic reviews as a method for conducting rigorous, transparent research. Participants will learn how systematic reviews differ from other types of literature reviews and explore the key steps involved in the process, including protocol development, comprehensive searching, and data extraction. The session will also highlight tools and strategies to support review planning and execution across a range of disciplines. This session is part of the Skills for Graduate Students workshop series, which provides hands-on, skills-based training to help graduate students strengthen their research, writing, and academic practices.
